We’re pleased to share that a new set of resources is on its way, designed to support adult educators and ethnic founders across Europe. These resources will offer practical tools and guidance to improve entrepreneurship education, with a particular focus on inclusion, investment readiness and real-world impact.
This package includes:
- A Competence Framework outlining the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours needed in entrepreneurship, tailored to reflect the experiences and challenges of ethnic minority founders.
- A Curriculum designed to guide the development of relevant, inclusive and responsive training programmes for adult learners.
- Case Studies highlighting the incredible work of founders, their stories, experiences and challenges.
- Open Educational Resources (OERs) including course content and learning materials that can be adapted and reused by educators across a range of settings.
- A Tutors Guide to help trainers and educators deliver the material effectively, while supporting founders in developing the confidence, insight and skills needed to move towards investment readiness.
These resources aim to fill key gaps in entrepreneurship education. Too often, existing materials fail to consider the specific barriers faced by ethnic founders. This initiative takes a more targeted and inclusive approach, helping educators better support learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
A core part of the work also involves raising awareness among investors and finance providers. By helping educators understand how to equip founders with the right tools and language for investment, and by encouraging more inclusive funding practices, we hope to create a more level playing field.
These resources have been developed through collaboration between educators, trainers, and partners across Europe. They are being designed for flexibility – so they can be adapted to local contexts while still offering a solid structure based on shared principles.
Whether you’re an educator looking to improve your practice, a training provider working with diverse learners, or someone involved in shaping inclusive business ecosystems, we believe these tools will be valuable in helping you make a stronger impact.
We’ll be sharing more soon – watch this space!!
