The Vision Works - TVW GmbH is an impact-driven company specializing in creating educational content for entrepreneurs facing challenges at various business and personal development stages. Our content focuses on business start-ups, crises, sustainability, and succession planning. We cater to marginalized groups and micro-enterprises in particular.
Can you present yourself and tell us more about what you do?
I am the founder of Vision Works, a serial entrepreneur, and an experienced consultant for start-ups and SMEs. My main areas of interest are business financing and managing business crises.
What is your role and your responsibilities in this project?
I am the CEO of the project and lead our work in Mosaic.
Tell us, what is the purpose of the Mosaic Project? What made you want to join this project?
Our work is centred around supporting marginalized target groups, and we have observed that BAME founders face greater challenges in accessing funding. We aim to leverage our expertise in founding and financing companies to make them accessible to those who would otherwise struggle to access resources in collaboration with international partners
What strategies have been put into place to ensure the success of this project? What do you think Mosaic needs to draw attention to that previous projects with a similar aim have not yet achieved?
We are experienced and professional project managers who take an ethical consulting approach and prioritize intensive quality management. Our employees working on this project have received relevant additional training, have practical experience in the field, and hold relevant project management and SCRUM certificates. Therefore, we are confident that we will make a significant impact in terms of resource relevance and project management efficiency.
What do you hope to achieve through this project?
We aim to support equal access to education and opportunities for all and establish a fair environment for BAME Founders.
