Welcome to the MOSAIC Curriculum for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs

The MOSAIC programme is designed to support aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. Whether you're just exploring your motivation or already working on a business idea, MOSAIC provides step-by-step guidance to help you build, fund, and grow your venture with confidence.

Developed with inclusion at its core, each module addresses specific challenges faced by founders who may not have easy access to traditional business networks, funding, or training. You’ll gain practical skills, knowledge and tools to help you succeed on your own terms—no jargon, no assumptions, just accessible and actionable learning.

Our course content has been developed to address the specific needs and skill gaps of underrepresented entrepreneurs. These were identified through research carried out with educators, investors and founders across Europe. Discover the topics addressed in the course modules in the Curriculum outline below.
